ORDERS & SHIPPING
Where do you ship from?
We work with trusted international manufacturing and fulfillment partners. Depending on availability, your order may ship from different locations to ensure timely delivery.
How long does order processing take?
How long does order processing take?Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.
How long does shipping take?
Estimated delivery times are:
EU: 10–25 business days
UK & Canary Islands: 15–30 business days
Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, local postal services, or high-demand periods.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free standard shipping for all orders.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your delivery. You can always check your delivery status on our tracking page.
Why did I receive multiple packages?
If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different fulfillment centers. This is normal and does not affect your total order.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Can I return an item?
We currently do not accept returns for size, color, or preference.
In rare cases where a physical return is approved, the return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.
Please do not send any products back without contacting our team first. Unauthorized returns cannot be processed.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photo or video proof.
Once verified, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Do you offer replacements or exchanges?
At this time, we do not offer exchanges or replacements.Approved cases are refunded, and you may place a new order if desired
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the funds.
PRODUCTS & SIZING
How do I choose the right size?
Each product page includes a size guide. If you are between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for comfort.
Are the colors accurate?
We do our best to display accurate colors, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings and lighting conditions.
How should I care for my activewear?
For best results:
Cold wash
Gentle cycle
Do not tumble dry
Air dry recommended
ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of purchase.
Once processing has begun, we are unable to make changes.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes or redelivery.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other secure express checkout options available at checkout.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. All transactions are processed through encrypted and secure payment gateways to protect your information.
Will I be charged customs or import fees?
Customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your location. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price.
