At Enmismo, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with your purchase.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.
Eligibility & Time Frame
- You can submit a refund request within 7 days after your order is delivered.
- To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused, unwashed, and unworn
- With all original tags and packaging
- Free of stains, deodorant, perfume, or makeup marks
For hygiene reasons, certain items such as bodysuits, leggings, underwear, and bras cannot be returned or refunded if the hygiene seal or tags have been removed.
Refund Conditions
Refunds are available in the following cases:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The product has not arrived within 45 days from the order date
To process your request, please contact us at support@enmismo.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo or video showing the issue
If your claim is approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Returns
We currently do not accept returns for size, color, or preference.
In rare cases where a physical return is approved, the return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.
Please do not send any products back without contacting our team first. Unauthorized returns cannot be processed.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your order hasn’t arrived after 45 business days, please reach out to us.
We will verify with the shipping provider and refund you if your package is confirmed lost.
