Because of this global model, your order may take a little longer to arrive, but we promise it’s worth the wait.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link to follow your delivery. You can always check your delivery status on our track your order page.
Estimated Delivery Times
We partner with reliable carriers to deliver across Europe and the UK.
- European Union (Mainland): 10–25 business days
- United Kingdom: 15–30 business days
- Canary Islands: 15–30 business days
- Rest of the World: 15–35 business days
Please note that these estimates exclude weekends and public holidays.
Customs delays may occasionally extend delivery times slightly.
Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping for all orders.
Tracking & Delivery

If tracking updates are not visible for more than 10 days, please contact us and we’ll check with our logistics partners.
In rare cases, items may arrive in separate parcels depending on the supplier warehouse.
Customs & Taxes
All applicable taxes are included in your order total at checkout.
Import duties (if any) are the responsibility of the customer, but these are rare for EU and UK shipments under the low-value threshold.
Delayed or Lost Packages
If your order hasn’t arrived within 40 business days, please contact us at support@enmismo.com.
We’ll investigate the shipment and issue a refund or reshipment as needed.
